Role Description This is a contract-based, on-site role in Cuddapah, AP(Kadapa) for an IT Support Specialist. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support & resolve IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Candidate shoud provide technical support on laptops, desktops and printers , softwares, LAN, WiFi, CCTV. Attend calls and resolve support tickets on field for home & office users and inside office for walk-in users. Work and resolve IT hardware and software issues. Freshers must have strong knowledge and well trained Hardware and networking. CCTV experience is a plus. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues Practical experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems Proven track record in providing end-user assistance on Laptops, deaktops, printers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Trained in Hardware & networking or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Telugu , Hindi is must for communication in Kadapa.AP.
