What you’ll do

💻 Support our clients with MDM setup (JumpCloud/Intune/Kandji) and day-to-day IT requests

🙋‍♂️ Act as an extended IT support partner for their teams (L1/L2)

📦 Manage full device lifecycle — onboarding → provisioning → deprovisioning → offboarding

🛠️ Handle internal IT support for the Remoasset team

🔁 Work closely with L3 teams, identify process gaps, and help improve IT operations

⚙️ Learn and assist with patch management, endpoint automation & MDM hygiene

🎧 Support workplace ops, A/V setups, and corporate IT tasks when required

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years in IT Support / Helpdesk
• Comfortable with macOS & Windows environments
• Experience with MDM (JumpCloud is a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and high ownership
• A
