Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking IT Support to manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth technology enablement across the organization. The ideal candidate will support users across Linux/macOS environments, manage VPN access, and coordinate IT requirements with teams working from multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for laptops, applications, and network-related issues

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and macOS systems (basic commands, server monitoring, log checking, service management, troubleshooting)

Configure and maintain VPN access for secure remote/hybrid teams

Monitor and support Asterisk/VoIP-based calling systems; understanding of SIP protocols and VoIP calling setups

Manage and update phone number pools and calling configurations used for calling operations

Perform daily checks on SIP, internet connectivity, and automated bot calling systems

Maintain and update IT asset inventory, backups, and external storage devices

Use system monitoring tools and perform log analysis to proactively identify issues

Track and log security events and potential breach alerts (cybersecurity basics)

Work with internal consoles for document verification workflows

Coordinate IT support with teams across multiple office locations to ensure smooth operations

Maintain documentation for support tickets, troubleshooting procedures, and configuration manuals

What We Are Looking For:

13 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations

Strong communication skills for coordination with vendors and cross-functional teams across multiple locations

Experience with VPN configuration and troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, internet troubleshooting)

Good knowledge of hardware diagnostics and remote support tools

Added advantage: Experience with Asterisk / VoIP systems and ability to identify calling system issues proactively

Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to track and report data (downtime, performance, documents, etc.)

Good documentation and professional email skills

Proactive, responsible, and self-driven approach with strong ownership and task prioritization

Effective time management and consistency in daily checks; adaptable to urgent and fast-paced scenarios
