Job Title: IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist provides basic technical support to employees by maintaining computer systems, software, and network connectivity. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and assists users with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and update systems and applications
  • Support email, internet, and basic security access
  • Assist employees with IT-related questions and issues
  • Maintain basic IT documentation and inventory
