Role Overview

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in handling day-to-day IT operations, supporting end users, and managing system administration tasks. You will be responsible for troubleshooting endpoint issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, handling user lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth IT operations across macOS and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for macOS and Windows devices, including troubleshooting software, hardware, network, and performance issues.
• Manage device repairs, vendor coordination, and maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Administer Jump Cloud for MDM, SSO, device policies, and user access.
• Manage Google Workspace (user provisioning, access control, groups, shared drives).
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, including accounts, access, and device configuration.
• Support Wi-Fi, VPN (OpenVPN), firewall rules, and biometric attendance systems.
• Manage procurement, licensing, renewals, and tracking usage.
• Monitor & respond to Sophos endpoint protection alerts and security notifications.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset sheets, and keep Jira tickets updated.

Requirements:

• 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with tools such as JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Sophos, OpenVPN, and Jira or similar.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams & external vendors.
• Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, VPNs, and biometric systems.
• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
