With 8+ years of XR innovation, we power Virtual Try-On, 3D Product Visualizations, and Digital Twins for top brands like Titan, Stellantis, HUL, and Asian Paints—across beauty, fashion, home decor, and automotive categories. About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Project Management Intern to join our Virtual Try-On (VTO) team. This role sits at the intersection of technical project management, sales enablement, client-facing demos, research-backed experimentation, and post-sale delivery support. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Solutioning Collaborate with internal tech teams (3D/Tech/Design) to translate client pain points into actionable project tasks and timelines. Coordinate with clients to ensure that their requirements align with the product roadmap and manage the internal handoff to technical teams. Support product demos and experimentation, ensuring that deliverables match client expectations and deadlines. Client Delivery & Technical Communication Manage client-facing interactions, including organizing demo calls, preparing pre-read materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing questions or concerns about project status and product implementation. Ensure smooth project execution across Shopify-related threads, integrations, and asset flows. Experimentation & Prototyping Support the development of quick prototypes, experimentation frameworks, and proof-of-concept work to validate product ideas or client requests. Work with cross-functional teams to test product hypotheses quickly and provide feedback for iteration. Research & Analytics Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer behavior within the beauty and fashion sectors. Analyze client data, market research, and user feedback to identify areas of improvement for both product offerings and internal processes. Own project progress tracking and report key insights to both internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client needs. What We’re Looking For: Core Skills & Capabilities Strong communicator : Comfortable with managing client communications, including outreach emails, project updates, and technical discussions. Project management expertise : Experience in managing technical projects, handling internal coordination, and tracking deadlines. Problem-solving mindset : Ability to understand client challenges and use technical product knowledge to help design and deliver effective solutions. Prototyping & experimentation : Ability to quickly iterate and validate product concepts or features, using basic coding or AI tools when needed. Organized and reliable : Proficient in using project management tools like Jira and managing multiple threads and timelines simultaneously. Comfort with tools & AI: Comfortable using tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Shopify, Canva, Presentation, and knowing how to leverage existing AI tools to build efficient pipelines and workflows Relevant Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Prior experience in B2B project management, technical project management, or product management. Background in consumer tech, D2C brands, beauty/fashion, or experience with Shopify businesses. Experience in client-side project delivery, solution design, or fast-paced experimentation within tech companies. Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, or managing real-world data collection.
