Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and update tracking sheets regularly. Follow up with candidates throughout the process and ensure a positive experience. Support end-to-end hiring for multiple positions as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
