Key Responsibilities – Finance Specialist (NBFC / Fintech)

Oversee and manage the company’s end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial controls.

Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI returns, and audit requirements specific to NBFC and Fintech operations.

Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS and Ind-AS standards.

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimize liquidity and cost of funds.

Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions for fundraising, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements, collections, and partner settlements.
