Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Type: Full-Time

Experience -2–5 years


About the Role

Palmonas is looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Executive/Manager to lead and execute our influencer strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of fashion, lifestyle, and beauty influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


This is a high-impact role for someone who understands D2C brand-building and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, and festive seasons.

Identify relevant influencer personas — macro, micro, and nano — across platforms.

Plan monthly influencer campaigns for product launches, sales, store events, and brand collaborations.


2. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management

Discover and vet influencers using tools like HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ, or manual scouting.

Initiate outreach and negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.


3. Campaign Execution

Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns — from briefing and coordination to go-live and tracking.

Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and objectives.

Coordinate timely product seeding, packaging, and logistics.


4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Measure and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, link clicks, conversion, ROI).

Maintain an updated influencer database and performance history.

Suggest optimization strategies based on insights and performance data.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with brand, content, design, and performance marketing teams.

Align influencer efforts with social media, PR, and paid campaigns.


Must-Have Skills

2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a D2C, fashion, or beauty brand.

Strong network of fashion/lifestyle influencers and creators (especially on Instagram and YouTube).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of content trends and influencer ecosystems.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.


Bonus if You Have

Experience using influencer platforms like Winkl, Upfluence, or Plixxo.

Creative copywriting skills to write influencer briefs and scripts.

Experience with celebrity/influencer gifting or barter-based collaborations

Past campaign results that have gone viral or delivered high conversions.
