As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing influencer loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships with key influencers and drive brand advocacy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop strategic loyalty initiatives, engage influencers, and optimize program performance to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for building and nurturing influencer communities.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute influencer loyalty program strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience insights, and industry best practices.
  • Influencer Segmentation: Segment influencers based on audience demographics, engagement levels, content preferences, and brand affinity to tailor loyalty program offerings and incentives.
  • Program Design & Implementation: Design and implement influencer loyalty programs, including tiered reward structures, exclusive perks, discounts, and personalized incentives to drive loyalty and advocacy.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers into the loyalty program, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support and communication.
  • Engagement & Activation: Develop engaging content, challenges, and activities to keep influencers actively engaged in the program, encouraging participation, content creation, and advocacy.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including influencer participation, engagement rates, content performance, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact, providing support, feedback, and recognition to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, social media, product development, and sales to align influencer loyalty initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, disclosure requirements, and other regulatory standards governing influencer marketing and loyalty programs.
  • Influencer Advocacy & Feedback: Leverage influencer insights and feedback to advocate for influencer needs, preferences, and opportunities within the organization, driving continuous improvement and program evolution.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on loyalty program management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful influencer loyalty programs that drive engagement, advocacy, and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate influencers effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize program performance.
  • Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and driving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer discovery, management, and tracking software).
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to influencer marketing, including FTC guidelines and disclosure regulations.
