Influencer Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Role

To actively secure brand partnerships and collaborations for the personal brand on Instagram and LinkedIn. The role is 100% performance-based: compensation is tied directly to successful deals closed, making it ideal for a motivated networker and negotiator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach

  :
• Identify relevant lifestyle, travel, culture, wellness, and conscious brands. Build direct contact with brand managers, PR teams, and influencer marketing heads.

• Pitching & Negotiation

  :
• Craft compelling collaboration proposals, pitch them to brands, and negotiate terms that maximize value (deliverables, payments, timelines).

• Deal Closure

  :
• Secure signed contracts and ensure collaborations are executed smoothly. Payment is triggered only upon successful closure of the deal.

• Relationship Building

  :
• Maintain long-term relationships with brands for repeat and retainer-based partnerships.

• Reporting

  :
• Keep a transparent log of outreach, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals.

Desired Profile

• Proven network in influencer marketing, PR, or brand management.
• Strong pitching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work on commission-only basis.
• Familiarity with influencer campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

Compensation Model

• No fixed salary/retainer.

• Commission-based payout:

  A pre-decided percentage (e.g., 15–25%) of the final collaboration amount received.

• Performance-based bonuses

  for securing long-term retainers or premium deals.

Success Metrics

• Number of collaborations secured monthly.
• Total revenue generated through collaborations.
• Growth in brand pipeline (Indian + global).
• Repeat/retainer deals closed.
