Location: Delhi - NSP Department: Marketing Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences Influencer Identification & Engagement: Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, contract negotiations, and performance tracking. Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience and enhances brand visibility. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies. Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continually improve strategies. Compliance: Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with legal and ethical guidelines, including disclosure requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with influencer marketing software and tools. Experience working with micro and nano influencers.
