About the Role We’re looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who can turn creator influence into real business opportunities. Your primary mission? Bring in brand collaborations and paid campaigns for our roster of creators. You’ll identify potential brands, pitch creative collaborations, close deals, and ensure smooth execution between creators and brands. This is a high-impact role that blends business development, relationship management, and influencer marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to secure brand collaborations for creators. Identify and approach relevant brands, agencies, and marketing managers for partnership opportunities. Pitch creative campaign ideas aligned with each creator’s personality and content style. Negotiate deals, finalise deliverables, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and agencies. Collaborate closely with creators to align brand briefs with authentic content. Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and partnership outcomes. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging brand opportunities. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or business development. Proven network or experience working with brands, PR firms, or agencies. Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator economy dynamics. Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
