Email Marketing Specialist

BrandThink is a fast-growing creative marketing agency offering Social Media Management, Website Development & Management, Branding, Logo Design, Branding, Marketing Automation, SEO & GEO, and Performance Marketing services for businesses across industries.

We’re expanding into international markets - particularly the USA and Dubai - and are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to build our B2B cold email outreach system from scratch and generate qualified leads for our core services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a complete cold email lead generation system from scratch.
• Purchase and configure email domains for outreach (minimum 4 domains).
• Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and tracking records for each domain.
• Configure and manage Instantly.ai or similar tools for outreach and automation.
• Source verified B2B prospect data (Founders, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CMOs, etc.) for USA and Dubai-based companies.
• Create personalised, high-performing cold email campaigns that communicate BrandThink’s value proposition.
• Optimise deliverability, maintain domain health, and monitor sender reputation.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and sequences for better performance.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Prepare and present performance reports (open rates, reply rates, conversions, etc.).
• Create Emailer on HTML.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B cold email marketing and lead generation (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records).
• Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Lemlist, NeverBounce, or HubSpot.
• Prior experience generating leads for marketing, creative, or IT services.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and list hygiene.
• Familiarity with the USA and UAE business markets is preferred.
