Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team, with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and knowledge of Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean kitchen environment and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
Develop and implement effective food storage and inventory management systems.
Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
Participate in menu planning and costing to ensure profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in an Indian cuisine restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
