Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Commi 1st to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Assist the Chef de Partie in planning menus and preparing dishes according to recipes.
Ensure efficient food preparation, cooking, and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi 1st or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
