Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Administrator/Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot for US headquartered high-growth B2B SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HubSpot to support our sales teams while ensuring the system is set up for scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration & Configuration:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub.
- Build and configure custom properties, workflows, pipelines, and automation rules to improve team productivity and alignment.
- Ensure data accuracy by monitoring and cleaning HubSpot records and implementing best practices for data hygiene.
- Implement and maintain lead scoring models, attribution reporting, and marketing automation strategies to support lead nurturing, conversion, and customer retention.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align HubSpot configurations with business needs and optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Provide HubSpot training and support to team members, ensuring they can effectively use the system to meet their goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related issues, offering timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and use HubSpot’s analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and optimize HubSpot reporting to provide actionable insights for improving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
System Optimization & Scaling:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and integrations as the company grows.
- Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, tools, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively as we scale.
- Lead the implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and new features in collaboration with IT and other departments.
Integrations & Automation:
- Manage and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other key platforms and sales tools.
- Ensure smooth data flow and consistency across systems while minimizing manual work and improving automation.
- Design and implement marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Platform Security & User Management:
- Manage user permissions and ensure proper access controls are in place.
- Ensure the integrity and security of customer data in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience managing and administering HubSpot, in a US based high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub.
- Experience creating custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tailored to sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledge of integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, email tools, payment processors).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HubSpot’s full feature set, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments and with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and data manipulation for reporting purposes.
Required:
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub).
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
