Implement conditional access policies, device compliance rules, and mobile device management (MDM) via Intune. Generate and analyze reports on user activity, license usage, and security incidents. Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts and Power Automate. Monitor system health, performance, and uptime for all M365 services. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including: Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Intune & Endpoint Manager Security & Compliance Center Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) administration.
