Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, demand planning, or supply chain planning to join our team as a Kinaxis Trainee. This is a great opportunity to transition into the rapidly growing space of supply chain digital transformation using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support implementation and configuration of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand current planning processes and pain points.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution testing activities.
• Assist in modeling and mapping supply chain processes in Kinaxis.
• Support the creation of dashboards, alerts, and what-if analysis scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and support day-to-day planning issues in coordination with business users.
• Provide documentation and user training support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing planning, demand planning, or supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts like forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and production planning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
• Interest or basic knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse is an added advantage.
