IND-Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Financial modules.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EBS Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, EB Tax
• Work closely with business users to provide functional support and training.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions or enhancements.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including MD50, BR100, and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules (R12.x preferred).
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations and post-production support.
• Familiarity with localization setups (e.g., India Localization, GST).
• Basic understanding of technical components (APIs, Interfaces, Tables) to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
