Oracle Cloud Project Manager

As a Project Manager at NexInfo, you will be responsible for leading project teams both offshore and onshore to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your role will involve driving collaborative planning processes, supporting multiple projects, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project teams both offshore and onshore. - Ensure on-time product delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and execution. - Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or deviations as needed. - Collaborate with business functions to prioritize requests and coordinate with development teams. - Work closely with technology and business leaders for development and delivery coordination. - Utilize logical reasoning and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of ERP Project Manager experience. - Solid technical background in project planning, effort estimations, team management, change management, risk assessment, and customer/vendor management. - Expertise in bug tracking tools and data-driven decision-making. Education and Certifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. - Certifications in PMP, Prince2, or CSM are required.
