Senior Fusion BI Consultant

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion / BI Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in Financials, SCM, or HCM, and hands-on experience with BI tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The role will involve developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions, collaborating closely with business users and functional teams to deliver high-quality insights and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and provide reporting and data visualization solutions using Oracle BI tools. - Design and develop OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC reports and dashboards. - Customize and configure Oracle Fusion reports across Financials, HCM, or SCM modules. - Collaborate with functional consultants and end users to gather requirements and resolve reporting issues. - Optimize performance of BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and maintain documentation for report specifications, data models, and dashboards. - Support data migration, integration, and transformation using Oracle technologies. - Provide training and assistance to business users on reporting tools and solutions. - Participate in upgrades, patching, and implementation projects related to Oracle Cloud Applications and BI tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications and BI tools. - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, and SQL. - Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion data models in Financials, SCM, or HCM. - Proficiency in developing custom reports, data models, and bursting reports. - Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is for a Senior BI Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience, based in Chennai with full-time employment and shift timings from 2:30 PM to 12 AM.,
