Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Financials modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payables (AP)
  • Accounts Receivables (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Expense Management
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities during project life cycle.
  • Work with functional leads and business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Participate in Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specification documents.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements and best practices.
  • Support data migration and validation activities using FBDI, ADFdi, or similar tools.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist users in UAT.
  • Provide post-go-live support, resolve production issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support (SR management).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop reports, dashboards, and customizations.
  • Document SOPs, user manuals, and provide end-user training as needed.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
  • Familiarity with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BIP reporting tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles preferred.
  • Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Oracle certification is an added advantage.
