Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Security & Compliance Center.

Monitor and optimize licensing, subscriptions, and user access management.

Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including conditional access, MFA, and SSO integrations.

Implement and maintain email security, anti-spam policies, and phishing protection.
-
Monitor and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies, security alerts, and audit logs.

Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and other security tools.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data governance standards.

Implement conditional access policies, device compliance rules, and mobile device management (MDM) via Intune.

Generate and analyze reports on user activity, license usage, and security incidents.

Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts and Power Automate.

Monitor system health, performance, and uptime for all M365 services.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including:

Understanding of networking, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security concepts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology

3 to 6 years of experience as a System Administrator

Strong knowledge of Windows server and client administration

Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy management

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
