Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Field Sales & Operations Coordinator who can manage both computer hardware-related tasks and sales responsibilities. This role requires visiting clients, coordinating field operations, and handling hardware setup and troubleshooting. Freshers eager to learn and experienced candidates looking for growth opportunities are welcome. Key Responsibilities Position: Field Operations Executive Key Responsibilities Project Implementation & Coordination Oversee the end-to-end implementation of company projects, including CCTV SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) and other hardware/software deployments. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within the specified deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project activities and ensure alignment with client requirements. Site Supervision & Execution Conduct on-site supervision to ensure proper execution of installation and commissioning tasks. Ensure all field activities comply with safety standards and company protocols. Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Technical Training & Support Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients and end-users on software and hardware functionalities. Offer ongoing technical support and guidance post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and usage of solutions. Client Interaction & Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress. Quality Assurance & Compliance Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all installations and implementations meet company standards and client expectations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including progress reports, issue logs, and client communications. Provide regular updates to the management team on project status, challenges, and success metrics. Continuous Improvement & Feedback Gather feedback from clients and field teams to identify areas for improvement in project execution. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project implementations. Experience à Fresher with enthusiasm to learn and adapt are welcome. à Prior experience in field sales, hardware installation, or coordination is an advantage. Technical Skills à Basic knowledge of hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. à Familiarity with field operations tools and apps is a plus.
