Implementation Engineer

As a dynamic individual with strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, you will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities: - Excellent Communication Skills - Good Presentation Skills - Willingness to travel Pan India/Overseas - Good Interpersonal Skills - Minimum height requirement of 5" 8"" - Proficiency in xls and MS Office - Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to perform requirements gathering, manage customer expectations, map requirements to existing solutions, and conduct requirements gap analysis for further customizations - Oversee project activities from a technical perspective - Ensure acceptance of development and deployment deliverables that align with customer requirements - Participate in triage meetings to determine validity and priority of testing issue resolution - Handle post-implementation support activities and ensure timely client acceptance of resolved issues for project closure - Evaluate ROI and customer benefit realization for Project Closure - Facilitate the handover to project support - Uphold overall quality responsibility for all project deliverables In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, the job entails being ready to work full-time in different shifts, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience, specifically in ERP implementation. Fluency in English is required, and a willingness to travel extensively is preferred. The work location is in-person.
