Implementation Engineer

You should possess the following key skills: - Excellent Communication Skills - Good Presentation Skills - Willingness to travel Pan India/Overseas - Good Interpersonal Skills - Minimum height of 5" 8"" - Proficiency in xls and MS Office - Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to perform requirements gathering, manage customer expectations, map requirements to existing solutions, and conduct requirements gap analysis - Oversight of project activities from a technical standpoint - Acceptance of development and deployment deliverables meeting customer requirements - Prioritize and resolve testing issues in triage meetings - Post-implementation support activities and timely resolution of client issues for project closure - Review ROI and customer benefit realization for project closure - Handover to project support - Overall quality responsibility for all project deliverables This is a full-time position with the following shift options: - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree Preferred experience includes: - 1 year of total work experience - 1 year of ERP implementation experience Language requirement: - English proficiency is required You should be willing to travel extensively (100% preferred).
