Job Description

Role: Implementation Engineer

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities

On-site and off-site implementation of APC systems using MPC and AI/ML tools.
Analyse process flow sheets, P&ID diagrams, and control systems for solution development.
Configure and fine-tune PID controllers and other automation systems.
Integrate APC solutions with existing control systems, including DCS and SCADA.
Ensure seamless communication between systems using protocols like OPC UA/DA.
Leverage Python, C++, and scripting for custom implementation and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution within timelines.
Provide training and support to client teams post-implementation.
Frequent travel for site visits, sometimes on short notice.
