Job Description

We are looking for an Analytics Enablement Consultant who can work on projects (with some guidance).

Participate in implementing Digital and Analytics products/ platforms for the customers and facilitate them to

use the product’s features/ functionalities for their business goals. The successful candidate should fairly

communicate and demonstrate empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.


Responsibilities:

● Client Service Delivery -

Ability to work on projects and achieve the agreed outcome.

○ Understanding the users’ requirements and delivering our solutions to facilitate this.

○ Follow the standard process and best practices to onboard users in the stipulated time frame.

○ Work towards building excellent relationships with the user.

○ Deliver end-user training to clients, including administrative staff and technical personnel.

● Technical & Domain Know-how -

Demonstrate understanding in analysing digital data from diverse sources (websites and mobile applications) to understand consumer behavior and provide initial suggestions for user's product/marketing strategies.

○ Drawing insights from user data captured through online platforms

○ With minimal guidance, work on:

■ digital analytics platforms in solving business goals/objectives

■ Front-end events tagging and data capture; knowledge of HTML and CSS selectors.

■ performing user behavior analysis (e.g., Cart Analysis, Conversion optimization, Cohort

Analysis, Churn vs. power users, product trend/demand analysis, etc.) and performing

A/B testing

■ adoption of best practices within the data management (extraction and preparation)

& visualization (dashboarding) domain.

● Problem-Solving - Ability to understand the business problem, identify solutions, and implement the

agreed solution

○ Able to look at the bigger picture and break down the problem statement into an analytical

solution. The solution should be actionable and measurable statements.

○ Performs research & development (R&D) to find alternative solutions when faced with a

roadblock.

○ Focuses on industry best practices for

■ Acquisition: Multi-touch campaigns, Marketing channels & strategies (i.e., Paid vs.

organic users, UTM parameters and their meaning, etc.),

■ Retention: Collating information from multiple tools(CRMs, CDPs, email automation

tools, in-app guidance tools) and apply them to extract valuable insights.

■ Customer Satisfaction: Understand the gaps in the user journey and help optimising it.

● Communication - Ability to allow others and self to understand information accurately and effectively

○ Being an active listener while interacting with others in a team or one-on-one construct.

○ Ability to adapt the communication style to the audience and practice empathy.

○ Being responsive and acting promptly.

● Process Champion - Proactively work towards adherence and compliance with various (team and

client) processes.

○ Ensure 100% discipline in complying with agreed processes.

○ With minimal guidance, plan and prioritize own/delegated tasks and activities for best

efficiency and effectiveness.

○ Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency.

○ Diligently work on opportunity areas and proactively engage with supervisors on the plan and

its successful execution within the stipulated time frame.

● People Leadership - Ability to proactively take the initiative and demonstrate a steep learning curve.

○ Take ownership and be responsible for taking the project and/or task to its finish line.

○ Focuses on achieving maximum productivity.

○ Aligns with the culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration on projects.

○ Provide assistance/support to the team whenever the situation demands it.


Requirements:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly explain concepts/processes to the

users and understand their viewpoints.

● Ability to

○ Think through ambiguous situations/client asks.

○ Comprehend and analyse the data to generate business insights and storyboard them for

client meetings.

● Working knowledge of

○ One of the digital analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Heap Analytics, Amplitude,

CleverTap, GA 360 (Google Analytics Skill), , MoEngage, Pando Analytics, WebEngage.

○ ETL & BI Tools

● Experience in working with front-end HTML tags and CSS selectors.

● Bonus: Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and Business Analytics.

● Bonus: Experience in working with US/European clients.
