Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Mindbird.ai, you will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Technical teams to engage prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions using Mindbird's WhatsApp automation platform. You will be responsible for driving technical validation, demos, solution proposals, and ensuring prospects clearly understand the impact our platform can make on their business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Requirement Analysis

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their business challenges, workflows, and customer engagement needs.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to map client use cases to Mindbird.ai's capabilities.


  • 2. Product Demonstrations

    • Deliver compelling, customised platform demos highlighting how Mindbird.ai improves acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Showcase journey orchestration, automation flows, campaign features, and integrations.

  • 3. Solution Design & Proposal Support

    • Design solution flow diagrams, customer journeys, and automation logic based on client requirements.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and ROI models for clients.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to suggest feasible integrations or feature enhancements.

  • 4. Sales Enablement

    • Assist the sales team in technical qualification, objection handling, and closing deals.
    • Provide inputs for RFPs, pricing, and competitive positioning.

  • 5. Relationship & Communication

    • Maintain strong communication with prospects throughout the evaluation cycle.
    • Clearly articulate our value proposition and differentiation in the CPaaS/WhatsApp automation space.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, SaaS Sales Support, or Customer Success (preferably in CPaaS/MarTech/Automation/CRM domains).
    • Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms (preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Experience giving demos and preparing solution documents.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Good to Have

    • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or CRM integrations.
    • Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and lifecycle marketing.
    • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Freshworks, Kaleyra, or other CPaaS providers.
