Additionally, maintaining a database of potential clients and promptly following up on inquiries will be crucial. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate requirements and preferences is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, providing expert advice and information about the properties in the company's portfolio and presenting property options that meet the client's criteria will be part of your daily tasks. Negotiating effectively on pricing and terms to secure sales, preparing and presenting sales offers, and assisting clients in making informed decisions are also essential responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competition in the Pune real estate market, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis, and assisting clients in completing all necessary documentation for property transactions will round out your duties.
