About the Role: As a Sales Manager at Homesol, you'll tackle market challenges, craft innovative sales strategies, and foster client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: Tele calling: ● Initiate outbound calls to prospects and leads to generate interest in available properties. ● Provide information about properties, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments for property viewings. ● Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and follow up with potential clients. Site Inspection: ● Arrange property showings and accompany clients during property visits. ● Highlight property features, advantages, and potential investment opportunities. ● Address client concerns, provide expert advice, and offer guidance on property selection. Negotiation: ● Collaborate with clients and Property developers to negotiate purchase prices and contract terms. ● Mediate between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. ● Provide market analysis and information to support negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes. Sales Support: ● Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation. ● Coordinate with developers' sales team & CRM to facilitate smooth transaction processes. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.
