Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0-1 years of experience, pursuing an MBA in Hotel Management.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Support performance management, including setting goals and conducting reviews.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

Fresher with 0-1 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
Pursuing an MBA in Hotel Management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software applications.
