Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to oversee and execute the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical and electrical systems are operating efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports to management, including any issues or improvements. Track and manage spare parts inventory. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the central team to schedule all works without disruptions. Provide technical support and training to the operations team as needed. 6. Project Work: Assist with or lead projects related to new installations, upgrades, or facility improvements. Coordinate with other departments during system installations or changes. Qualifications: Education: ITI Graduate with specialization in Electrical and/or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. Experience: Minimum of 0 year of experience in maintenance, preferably in the Hotel/Hospitality industry. Technical Skills: Training will be provided for air conditioning systems and other equipment. Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air conditioning systems. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Certifications: Any relevant certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good communication skills and ability to work well in teams. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
