Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Prepare job offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
2.Employee Onboarding
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparation of orientation materials.
Ensure all required documents are collected and filed for new hires.
Help new employees settle into their roles by introducing them to the team and company policies.
3. Employee Records and Documentation
Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., personal information, employment history, training, etc.).
Update HR databases and filing systems.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Training and Development Support
Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions.
Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
Coordinate logistics for training programs, including room booking and materials.
5. Employee Relations Assistance
Provide support for resolving employee queries or concerns.
Help in handling administrative tasks related to employee grievances or disputes.
Track employee attendance, leave, and absences.
6. Compliance and Legal Support
Ensure employee documentation (contracts, IDs, etc.) complies with school standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR-related information.
Assist in preparing reports for audits or compliance checks.
7. HR Communication
Prepare and distribute internal HR communications, such as policies, memos, or announcements.
Help with organizing employee surveys or feedback forms.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or team-building activities.
8. Health and Safety Administration
Assist in managing employee health and safety records.
Help with safety training, ensuring employees are informed about company safety protocols.
Monitor employee absence due to illness or injury and coordinate related paperwork.
9. General HR Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
Handle daily HR queries from employees and assist in resolving minor issues.
Support the HR Manager with project-related tasks or initiatives.
Support with preparing & printing confidential letters, email etc.
