Job Description

As the Shared Service Centre People and Culture Lead, your role is crucial in driving organizational success by providing expertise, strategic support, and operational execution of HR activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the full spectrum of people practice aligns with both global standards and local regulations, playing a key role in building a positive organizational culture and driving employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes for employee engagement, performance management, and exit procedures. - Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in alignment with local and global standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the Shared Services Centre (SSC). - Partner with recruitment teams to identify hiring needs, conduct job analysis, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects the company's core values. - Drive the performance appraisal cycle, identify training needs, and provide tailored programs for employee growth. - Maintain comprehensive HR dashboards, track key metrics, and generate actionable reports for data-driven decisions. - Partner with global HR teams and senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Act as a mediator in resolving employee concerns or disputes, ensuring fair resolutions. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Significant generalist experience, preferably in a shared service environment. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. - Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving employee experience.
