Job Description

About the Role

Your mission is to support the US Cluster teams in managing Benefits. This position report to HR Shared Services Manager and work with the HR

teams at US.


Responsibilities

  • Monitors benefits enrollments
  • Benefits invoice processing payments
  • HW 5500 Annual Reconciliation and reporting
  • 401K reconciliation
  • Ensures ACA compliance
  • Incentive funding to individual HSA accounts
  • Accountability including KPIs
  • US Health and Retirement Benefit Accounting
  • Ensure health & retirement benefit accounting meets legal and regulatory compliance and that invoices are managed timely and accurately
  • Ensure payroll funding and related activities are completed timely and accurately


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above; qualification in Human Resources will be preferred
  • Min. 4 years’ experience in similar role


Required Skills

  • Strong in Data Accuracy and Analytics
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient with Microsoft office pack (Word, Excel, Power Point)
