Job Description

Role Overview: As the Shared Service Centre People and Culture Lead, your main objective is to drive organizational success by providing expertise, strategic support, and operational execution of HR activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the full spectrum of people practice aligns with both global standards and local regulations, contributing to building a positive organizational culture and driving employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, overseeing processes for employee engagement, performance management, and exit procedures. - Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to align with both local and global standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the Shared Services Centre (SSC), addressing queries, concerns, and providing guidance. - Partner with recruitment teams to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, and support recruitment and selection activities. - Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects the company's core values, mission, and vision. - Drive the performance appraisal cycle, promote continuous feedback, and identify training and development needs. - Maintain comprehensive HR dashboards, track key trends and metrics, and generate actionable reports to support decision-making. - Partner with global HR teams and senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and requirements. - Act as a mediator in resolving employee concerns or disputes, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions. Qualification Required: - Masters degree, or equivalent, in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Significant generalist experience, ideally from within a shared service environment. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. - Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving employee experience.
