Human Resources Shared Services Manager

As a Manager, HR Services, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HR Services professional staff tasked with managing Global Execution processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategically developing, implementing, and administering HR Services initiatives - Managing and developing a team of HR Services professional staff - Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, particularly those in manager and above leadership roles, to promote the HR Services brand and influence decisions - Managing escalations at the regional level and aligning cross functions and stakeholders - Leading discussions across teams and functions to identify opportunities using Continuous Improvement (CI) methods - Driving Problem Solving plans and contributing to medium to high complexity HR Services projects - Conducting meetings within the organization and with extended stakeholders and partners - Leading content design for multiple functional areas and complex work concepts or topics - Delivering engaging presentations or written communications to HR Services senior stakeholders and leaders - Maintaining and implementing HR policies and procedures - Supervising the deployment and execution of HR Services requirements and compliance standards - Identifying HR Services goals, objectives, and tracking metrics to analyze business needs and prioritize workloads for team members - Leading a specialized HR Services area with diverse functional elements such as Offers, Record creation, Background verifications, Employee time and leave, Employee letters, and Learning operations - Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the HR Services team - Training and mentoring staff - Performing other duties as assigned Please note that the job is located in Bengaluru and requires a minimum of 12-18 years of experience in HR Services.,
