UniHawk is looking for a tech-savvy and proactive HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end HR operations

  , including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes.
• Process

  India payroll

  accurately, including salary structures, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to

  Indian labour laws

  and maintain all HR documentation and statutory filings.
• Handle

  offer letters, onboarding, and induction

  for new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Plan and execute

  employee engagement initiatives

  and internal communication programs.
• Maintain

  HR databases, attendance, and leave management systems

  .
• Prepare HR reports and coordinate with the finance team for payroll submissions and audits.
• Manage

  HRIS systems and online HR tools

  for process automation and data accuracy.
• Support visa coordination and travel documentation for India-based staff when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  .

• 2–5 years of experience

  in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment (India-based).
• Strong understanding of

  India payroll and statutory compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  HRMS/HRIS tools, Excel, and Google Workspace

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
