Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Officer will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves recruitment processes, employee onboarding, drafting job descriptions, and creating a positive and effective workplace environment. Responsibilities include promoting employee well-being, addressing workplace concerns, and contributing to the strategic development of HR initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Policies development.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Capability in drafting and developing Job Descriptions to align with organizational goals and structures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in HR or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the food production or FMCG industry, will be advantageous.
