As a Human Resources Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are implemented across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes effectively - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation - Provide support for performance management and employee development initiatives - Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures - Assist in HR reporting and data analysis - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - High level of confidentiality and professionalism - Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work location for this role is in person.
