KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Operations

• End-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and supervisors.
• Preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, onboarding & exit formalities.
• Attendance, leave management, employee database, and HR documentation.
• Handling grievance redressal and maintaining healthy employee relations.
• Managing disciplinary actions, warning letters, and compliance-based processes.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Managing monthly payroll with 100% accuracy.
• EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act compliance, labour laws & statutory filings.
• Coordination with contractors—PF, ESI, challans, labour license renewals.
• Maintaining records for internal and external audits.

Administration & Coordination

• Managing day-to-day admin tasks — office upkeep, security, housekeeping, asset tracking, etc.
• Liaisoning with government departments, auditors, inspectors, PF/ESIC offices.
• Coordinating with Production, Finance, and Management teams for manpower planning.

Training & Development

• Assisting in creating annual training calendars.
• Scheduling internal & external training programs for workers and staff.
• Preparing MIS reports, KPI monitoring, maintaining audit-ready documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4–6 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a

  manufacturing plant

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labour laws, audits & compliance

  .
• Ability to handle manpower planning and recruitment independently.
• Good communication skills, disciplined work approach, and high integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR documentation, and record keeping.
• Experience in handling audits (social, compliance, ISO) is an added advantage.
