As a HR Generalist at HLL Lifecare Limited, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including: - Conducting HR Generalist Activities - Managing Recruitment & Selection processes - Handling Onboarding and Offboarding procedures - Performing Talent Acquisition and Screening tasks - Implementing Talent Management strategies - Managing Employee Relations effectively - Overseeing Performance Management activities - Promoting Employee Engagement within the organization - Ensuring proper creation and maintenance of personal files with accurate documentation - Managing Time and Attendance effectively - Handling Contract Labour Management efficiently - Managing Attendance & Leave procedures diligently To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
