Role Overview:

HR Junior Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in

    close conjunction with city and central management

    to understand hiring needs across departments.
  • Lead the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    : identifying, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent suited for luxury sales, backend operations, and support roles.
  • Develop and implement strategies for

    employee retention and engagement

    , with sensitivity to the luxury sector’s culture and expectations.
  • Ensure smooth and welcoming

    onboarding experiences

    that align with Valueline’s premium positioning.
  • Foster a

    balanced and positive workplace culture

    , promoting mutual respect, ownership, and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate

    employee records

    , attendance systems, and databases.
  • Assist in

    performance evaluation cycles

    , gathering feedback and tracking employee development.
  • Provide support in

    policy implementation, compliance

    , and everyday HR operations.
  • Prepare regular HR MIS reports, documentation for audits, and coordinate with the central HR team on process improvements.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred)
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in luxury retail, interiors, design, or high-growth companies
  • Strong track record in recruiting across functions, especially for premium client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR tools, databases, and MS Office
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with a diverse team
