We’re Hiring! | HR Executive / HR Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our sales and marketing agency based in Noida Sector 2. TS Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management, preferably within the sales and marketing industry.

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive / HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in building a strong team culture and supporting the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Create job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Design and manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, terms & conditions and HR laws.
• Handle employee grievances, resolve workplace issues, and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.
• Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills.
• Work closely with management on HR planning and strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a sales-driven organization or company.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment platforms, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Experience:

3–5 Years (Real Estate or Sales Industry preferred)

Salary:

₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and skills)
