We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payment follow-ups, organizing dealer documentation, assisting in sales support tasks, and maintaining records efficiently using Excel, Word, and digital file management systems. Key Responsibilities: Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with dealers/customers and follow up regularly for payment collection as per credit terms. Dealer Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and organize all dealer-related documents in both physical and digital formats. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations, product details, follow-ups, and customer communication when required. After-Sales Support Data Handling: Create and update files related to customer complaints, service reports, and warranty claims. Upload all relevant documents to organized folders. Office Administrative Tasks: Support day-to-day office work related to sales and service coordination. Documentation and Reporting: Create and manage reports, letters, and documentation using MS Excel and Word. File and Folder Management: Maintain structured and easily retrievable file systems—both soft and hard copies—for all operational documentation. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with office tools like scanners, printers, and cloud storage systems (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) Experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred.
