Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at TRIVENI PUMPS PVT. LTD. The role is based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Human Resources Manager will oversee various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and administering company policies. Day-to-day tasks involve managing employee records, handling inquiries, conducting interviews, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Skills in Training and Development, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the machinery or manufacturing sector is a plus
