Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, developing, and implementing HR& IR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development of employees, and cultivate a positive working environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, maintain pay plans and benefits programs, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection
• Development and implementation of HR strategies
• Performance management and appraisal systems
• Knowledge of pay plans and benefits programs
• Ensuring legal compliance in human resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
