Human Resources Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values of trust, service excellence, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. Oversee performance appraisal systems and career development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally. Design and implement employee engagement & retention programs. Support management in workforce planning and organizational development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 1 years of HR experience Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
